duplicate member sign up restrictions questions

Hi! we are using "email as username" btw - I know that a member cannot sign up with a duplicate email - what happens if they use the same first and last name (but not the same email?) does a user get created? also is there some kind of plugin that will not allow the same user to be signed in from multiple devices at the same time? I want to prevent the sharing of accounts with non-paying people. Thank you!

1. The extension doesn't restrict users to use same first name and last name, so users can use same first name and last name if needed (it's common that there are people with same name, so we should not make that restriction)

2. We don't have a way to prevent that. However, there is third party plugin which can handle this requirement extensions.joomla.org/extension/login-one/
