Doubt about Reminder Email Behaviour was created by Vincenzo
Hi Dear,
I don't understand very well how reminder message behave.
In particular, I want to create
1. Category of subscription that is NOT recursive
2. Category that IS recursive
For the first, there is no need to remind, ora no need to have ALL three reminder (we have some service that are "one time services").
If I create a plan with this features:
- Length: 1 Year
- Recurring: No
- Lifetime: No
I HAVE to set the reminder?
Or if I leave blank the parameter (" X days before/after ") the emails will not be sent?
Very thanks
