Copy Membership Pro subscribers to a Moodle database

Hello,
This is just a shot in the dark, but I'm wondering if there is a way to:
1. Change requirements for password in membership pro (require 1 special character, 1 number, 1 capital letter, etc.), and
2. Copy subscribers login credentials to a database for Moodle

I have a site for a client that runs both Joomla and Moodle. I would like to move those purchasing a subscription through Membership Pro over to Moodle.

I have attempted to use Joomdle to link Joomla and Moodle but it has fought me every step of the way. I don't need all of it's features because both sites already run independently. I just need a way to allow users to log into the moodle site after purchasing a subscription and creating an account through Membership Pro in Joomla.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

1. Membership Pro uses Joomla password requirement. So to change password requirement, you can login to administrator area of your site, access to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar, then look for Password Options tab and change it to meet your need

2. Sorry but I don't know how to pass username and password of subscribers to Moodle . Not sure of Moodle provides an API to allow adding users from other system into their system. If they provide, maybe you will have to hire someone to develop a plugin for you so that when a user account is created in Joomla, that account will also be created in Moodle
