Empty Excel for Export Subscribers

Empty Excel for Export Subscribers was created by David Joly
When we try to Export Subscribers we get an empty Excel spreadsheet with the following message when we try to open the file :
Excel cannot open the file 'subscriptions_list_on_2018-10-01-2.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.
The problem exists on Safari, Firefox and Chrome on Mac.
Has anyone else been having this problem ?

Hello David
Maybe the server missing the required library. Please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Export Data Format config option to CSV, then try again to see whether the issue sorted

Great. Thanks for confirming. Just for your information, the error happens because your hosting account doesn't have Zip library enabled and you should contact them and ask them to enable it.
