We want to have a non-recurring package which is linked to a membership plan - is this possible? For example when you buy this package, a 49 training package, it is linked to the 50/month recurring plan? For

Hello
Not sure how it should be linked?
BTW, you don't need to put URL of your site in the message. We know what site you are using the extension on already

Yeah, but sometimes there are reasons for it, we operate multiple sites, like
whizzilla.com/
Our company site
www.bloc10.com
we don't want you to be confused. When we are on the other end, we always ask customers put the URL or screenshot in question when posting, to avoid any confusion.

Hi
Unless we ask for link to the page so that we understand your question, you don't need to put the links into your questions. Just ask your questions only
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan,
I have an interesting use case for this same concept.
We sell an annual, renewable membership on our site. Let's call it Membership A.
Every three years, we host a live event and also take registrations for the event using Membership Pro. Let's call that Membership B.
Membership B has additional event-related fields and higher pricing than Membership A.
We want to make it so that if someone purchases Membership B, and does not currently have Membership A, they are given a year of Membership A.
We want to add them to Membership A because users who have Membership A are reminded automatically to renew annually, whereas Membership B is always a one-time only, non renewable membership, without an upgrade path.
I would appreciate your advice on the best way to execute this. I was thinking we could do something like the "upgrade path" option, only make it a "renewal path." Or maybe we could use the Upgrade feature, but get it to utilize the Reminder feature to prompt user to upgrade to Membership A when Membership B is about to expire.
Is that how the Upgrade feature works?

Hi Steve
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to handle it. In this case, I think you can try to publish and use Membership Pro - Auto Subscribe plugin
This plugin allow you to configure plan B so that when someone subscribes to that plan, he will be subscribed to plan A automatically
The only limitation is that it always subscribe users to plan A, so in case you only want to subscribe if they don't have active subscription for plan A, some small customization to the code will be needed. But I think it should be possible to customize. So try that approach to see whether it can be used or not and we can discuss more details about it
