User Profile Page was created by Elaine
I have 2 subscription plans - first plan where addresses are not required (so is not selected in Custom Fields - address) and the upgrade option where the addresses are required. The User Profile Page does not show the addresses for editing, even though under Custom Fields - Address, the Upgrade option plan has the setting "Can show on Profile" set to Yes, and the "Can Edit on Profile" set to Yes.
After some testing, the Address options on the User Profile Page will only show up if the Custom Field Address and Address 2 are set to "All Plans". If I select only the Upgrade plan that has a requirement for addresses, it will not show up. (Country, Region and Zip code are required for both and are showing up, as they are set to "All Plans").
Have you any suggestions on how I can work around this?
Thanks

Hi Elaine
Unfortunately, we don't have solution for this problem. Basically, each users can subscribe for multiple plans and as you see, each plan can have different set of custom fields, so on profile editing page, we can only display fields which are assigned to all plans to allow subscribers to edit if needed

Hi Tuan
Thank you for the reply. The problem kind of resolved itself satisfactorily for me. After a person upgrades, and his upgrade is approved, then the profile page shows all fields for the new plan and can be edited.
This is achieved by allowing users to have either the lower level plan or the higher level plan after approval. During the approval process the user can only edit fields for the lower plan. So thank you for your help.
