Where to Change this?

This doesn't appear in the language package.
"Please enter information on the form below to process subscription for"

It appears at the top of the page to register a new user or login. I need to change the word "subscription" to "membership"

Go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, you will see the message and can change it to meet your need
