Admin email incorrect was created by Alyn Lunt
Good evening All,
I have taken over as webmaster for a site and the admin emails are being sent to the old webmaster/admin's email who set up the Joomla site. I have checked all through the site and they are not listed as an Admin. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on how I can remove their email?
Many thanks,
Alyn

Hello Alyn
What emails you are talking about? If it's from Membership Pro, then you can go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, look at Notification Emails config option, check to see whether there is his email entered there, if Yes, remove it

Good morning Tuan,
The emails are the ones sent to the admins after a new subscription/renewal. The old webmaster is still receiving emails even though their email isn't in listed in the configuration options you referenced above.
If I disable Admin Notifications and just list the email addresses I would like notifications to be sent to would this be a possible workaround?
Many thanks and all the best,
Alyn

Hi Alyn
If you don't see the email listed in Membership Pro -> Configuration, Notification Emails config option, then edit the plan, look for Notification emails parameter
Maybe the email was entered there. Remove it and it should solve the issue
