Subscribers created without subscriptions was created by Neal Barnett
After the last 2 versions of MP were installed, new members signing up through the front-end form are created as subscribers, but with blank subscriptions. What would be the cause of this?

I don't have any clue about this issue. could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check the data?
