Recurring or renewing automaticly

Is it possible somewhere that recurring (offline payment) can work.
or
that the renewing option is automaticly going after 1 subscription?

if you want to have recurring payment, you will need to use one of the payment plugins which support it:

1. PayPal

2. PayPal Pro

3. Stripe

4. Authorize.net

5. Mollie

For offline payment, it could not handle recurring subscription automatically, so users will have to renew these subscriptions manually
