Expired status not working

Expired status not working was created by Rejean Pelletier
I have created several plans with update capability..

When I do an update for a new plan from a members account, it creates the new plan, but the old plan stays in active mode. I would like to have the old plan automatically take the status "Expired" and become inactive as I do not want the member to have access to to plans at the same time (which they presently do).


I have searched the documentation and forum, but could not find the solution to this issue.

Your help would be very much appreciated!

Hi Rejean

Did you make payment for the upgraded subscription? The original subscription will only be expired when the upgraded subscription become active

Maybe you tested upgrade using offline payment method? If so, edit that upgrade subscription record, change subscription status from Pending to active, save it and check it again. It should work fine
