Group Mrmbership

1. When I setup a subscription to allow group members, then add the menu item with a "group admin" level access, that group admin is able to select any registered member and add them to their group. Is this supposed to work like this? I do not want members to be able to select other members for their group. Only add their own family members to their existing membership.

2. Is there a way to have family members added during the subscription registration process?

1. If you don't want group admin to be able to select existing members, you can go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Enable Select Existing User, set it to No

2. Currently, it's not possible to add group members during subscription process. You can only add group members after payment process has completed (imagine you sign up for a plan contains 25 members, how can you add them all during sign up process)

My group members is between 2 to 5 people(hose hold). But I understand your point.

Here is my situation right know, I have 3 couple plans(Regular, student and senior) and ask them to fill out spouse information in additional fields (Spouse name, Spouse family, ....) which is not good because the second person doesn't get Membership ID.

1. Is there any way to fix this problem by using import option to import second person info to Membership pro?

2. How can I push subscriber to add other person/people info immediately after payment process?

3. Is there any way to add other person/people info to someone plan on back end?

1. I don't really understand the issue. Could you please explain more details about it?

2. Did you create a menu item to link to Manage Group Members menu option of Membership Pro? That's the page which users will manage his group members. Maybe you can edit the plan, set Subscription Complete URL of the page to url of manage group members page above and it should work fine

3. Go to Membership Pro -> Group Members, add new group members for the groups you want from there
