Hello, I am setting up my site and testing some things. Why can't these entries be deleted? I deleted the user account and subscriptions but these remain with no way to remove them.

Hi Dave

You need to go to Membership Pro-> Subscriptions to delete the subscription records and it should work OK

I can not see any delete button or option to delete them. I'll try again tomorrow.

Again, you will have to access to Membership Pro-> Subscriptions , not Membership Pro-> Subscribers

Access to correct subscriptions page and you will see delete button

Hello, I tried both and they remain in the system with no way to remove them. What is the difference between the 2 anyway?

Better submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will check and remove it for you
