Microsoft Edge and some other browsers

Hi there

I`ve noticed that in Microsoft Edge and some other browsers ( old smartphones browsers - Like Note 3 ones ) after login the proper redirect is done but when I want to browse further I get the JERROR_ALERTNOAUTHOR ( in my language ). After this, if I return to the login page I find out that I`m not actually logged in.

I hope the above makes sense. If need be I can provide URL and login credentials.

Any ideas?

Honestly, the login process is handled by Joomla core, so I am unsure why it doesn't work. Could you let us know where did you perform the login and see this error?

Yes from the Joomla core log-in module. Funny enough I`ve tried today again on my PC with Edge and it seems to work. My Note 3 got an update a few days ago ( of its native browser ) and seems to work as well, now. I did a test at work on some older smartphones models and they did behave in the same strange way. Obviously, I can not reproduce this behaviour. I will keep checking and let you know.

OK Cosmin, hope it works well from now on (anyway, it's handled by Joomla core and not related to Membership Pro)
