error when testing upgrade was created by Richard Jemmett
Hi

I am testing the extension on my live website but get an error when upgrading from one plan to another. When i check the subscriptions it has worked OK. (I am using a Coupon with 100% discount)

Hello Richard

Look like there is something wrong with account you are using for testing (profile_id is empty for some reasons)

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and let us know step by step what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
