J!-Users are not created after payment reciept!!

Hello Supporters,
we use Membership pro to Register with our Services. Unfortunately the users do not get created during payment process. We use Stripe plugin for processing payments. Subsccription gets active but no user is created.

If we manually set the subscription from active to pending and save, and then return to active and save again, the user is created.

If new users register for a free plan everything works fine, if I set activate users for free plans. Only the paid subscriptions via Stripe show this strange behaviour.

Please fix the Problem asap.

Are you using one time or recurring subscription plan? If it's recurring subscription plan, please make sure:

1. Your site is public accessible

2. You have configured Webhook URL under your Stripe account to point to your site as state in the readme.txt file in the payment plugin package

3. If you use recurring subscription plans, you will need to login to your Stripe account, add a "Webhook URL" below:

domain.com/index.php?option=com_osmember...ent_method=os_stripe

(Of course, need to replace domain.com with your website url)

Could you please do that, then test it again and let us know the result?

Yesss! --- That is the solution!

Additionally you must use https:// !!! because Stripe needs https.

And make clear that the webhook must be entered without www.

Now it works like expected ... One improvement could be made to the Stripe-Plugin: Just give the admins a hint in the plugin-configuration that there is a need for the webhook if one uses the Stripe Gateway for recurring payments.

Logically it must be clear that Stripe Needs a way back to tell our Services that there is a renewal of the subscriptin.
