Joomla User Group is not being assigned during sign up since end of April 2018

Hi,

Has anyone else seen issues where anyone registering for a membership is not assigned to the Joomla user group that is chosen in the subscription plan settings?

I've checked this for paid and free membership plans and it is affecting them all.

The website was working fine for over 2 years until this year, I can't see any issues with settings etc., we are using the latest version of Membership Pro though currently on Joomla 3.7.5 - perhaps that may be the issue? I have an issue yet to resolve which is stopping Joomla updating correctly and have not been able to find the cause.

Hi Chris

So you said that it doesn't work even with free subscription plan? If so, I believe it causes by something special on your site

Submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to subscription form of that plan

I will check to see what's wrong and guide you to correct it

Thanks for the quick response Tuan...which turned out to be my fault for mixing up the group assigned/removed at sign up....must have started doing that wrong in April, as it worked great before then!
