amended end subscription date but notification email sent as per old date

Hi,
I finally started to use the email notifications/reminders. let's say i had a subscription that originally was supposed to end on 30.06 and I set it up in such a way, that 7 days before, a reminder email is sent. A month ago I have changed the end date for 1 user to 31.07... but the user still got a reminder sent to him on 23.06, so 7 days before the original date...
Any idea why this is happening?

The extension calculate and send reminder email base on subscription end date of the user, not original end date, so I have no clue why it was sent base on the original end date

Maybe it happens because you have a copy of that site (a dev site maybe) setup somewhere and the email is actually sent from that dev site, not live site?

If not, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us ID of the subscription record so that we can check it's data

OK. So just want to add that for dev site, you should disable the plugin Membership Pro Reminder to prevent issue like that from happening in the future
