Tuan
I am wanting to print out paper copies of the reminder emails to snail mail to members without email addresses.
When i try the rendering of the printing has a problem with large gaps on page 1 and text lost off the bottom of the visible page. This is the same with HP printer or PDF. I get the same issue with admin emails. They are fine on screen but printing does not work for me.
I am using Thunderbird.
Do you have any advice please?
thank you
David.

Hi David
To be honest, I don't know about it as we never tested the print email option
So I guess if you really need to print, maybe copy that email content to a word document, then change it and print from there. It would be easier to print using an office program than using an email client like thunderbird
Regards,
Tuan

Tuan
I see that i can also print by selecting the text and using crl p, this works to paper or pdf. The same works with the record in the email log.
I wonder whether it would be better to use the invoice subroutine to pdf. Can this print the [SUBSCRIPTION_DETAIL] tags?
I really need to make sure that the snail mail option works so that can service the legacy members who do not use emails. It still represents 20% of the traffic I do.
thank you for all your help

Hi David
The tag [SUBSCRIPTION_DETAIL] is supported in the invoice. However, I don't know if it is rendered properly in the invoice because normally, working with PDF layout is very difficult, thing works well with HTML mostly doesn't work with PDF
