Some registrations bypassing payment

Hi

I have a number of users that have somehow registered in joomla and yet there is no sign of them in the membership pro component so they are sitting inactive, and now one has emailed me saying she tried to register after signing up for an event, so it must have gone to the joomla user registration rather than forcing it through membership pro.

I hope that's not too confusing an explanation but us there anyway to completely disable joomla registration and force everything through membership pro?

That was enabled, but luckily I thought to go into it and realised the url was wrong as it pointed to the old site being built. Hopefully removing the extra folder path will fix it.
