Operational instructions for administration

I have to brief a membership team of volenteers on the data to day operation of the software eg handling membership renewals and the like.
I wonder where anybody has a suitable document that I could re use / adapt?

The first link explains what tasks they can do to manage subscriptions. For second link, it explains which action subscribers can do to update, renew subscriptions...

THi sis part of it, but is written from the point of view of the software implementer, and not the user(s).
I am thinkig that I need simple instructions for members on updating, and then seperately instructions for the admin staff on how to update offline subscriptions (which are the bulk of what we do).
I am concerned to capture the behaviour of changes that are automatically made to the database when renewal takes place (so when we differ, they can be corrected) and what emails are sent out.
I am hoping that another user has something out there??

OK David. Hopefully something like that is available and can be shared to you. Otherwise, I guess you will need to make it yourself
