Hi Dean
Check the menu item you created to link to User Profile menu option. It has parameters which allow you to choose to show/hide information on that page:
1. Show my subscriptions tab
2. Show subscriptions history
3. Show renew membership options
4. Show upgrade membership options
If you still want more modification, I think you will need to edit code. Look at the file components/com_osmembership/view/profile/tmpl/default.php, modify it if needed
