coupon code set up will not work

Hi,

I have set up a coupon code, and no matter what I do I get "The coupon code you entered is invalid or expired" when I try to test it.

The coupon is set, and we are within it's date parameters.

I have set Enable Coupon to yes.

I cannot see any further setting within the Plan is applies to.

Please help!

There must be something wrong with the coupon code you setup. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, link to subscription page and tell us the coupon code you are using

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
