After payment the user is not created

After payment the user is not created was created by Cosmin Circu
Hi there

I don`t know what I`ve done but I did something here. I`m in test mode for payments. I try to create test users but after the payments are done the users are not created ... no emails sent/ received. The subscribers show in Subscriber Manager with status pending or active ( no emails have been sent/ received ) I`ve triple checked the settings and reinstalled Membership PRO. No success.

Any idea how to revert to normality?

Hi Cosmin

What payment method you are using? If subscription status is Pending, maybe there is a problem with your site (it's not public accessible at that time) or with PayPal test mode (sometime, it doesn't work)

Hi Tuan

I went through all the recommendation. The site was and is online and accessible. Switched now to live payment with Paypal. It will process the payment but will not create the user.

Hi Cosmin

In this case, please submit a support ticket and we will check it further from there (I will need you to set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes, then subscribe, make payment and let me know when it's done so that I can check the log)
