Payment Icon | Along With PayPal Problems

I can't get payment icon to show up correctly to page even though I've uploaded it to the correct folder. www.epigramrecords.com/artist-registration/

I was also using PayPal as a payment option but it no longer redirects to PayPal correctly after I fix the database because of unknown column subscribe_newletter error. I've removed it but any thoughts on how I could fix it would be much appreciated.
