Hello,

I created the plan ABC for 1 month at 30USD and I set "Enable Renewal" to Yes in plan setting, so client could just renew his subscription at any time. But in Frontend, Client gets this message when clicking on Renew menu item : "There are no renew option available for your membership"

Then, in plan setting, i set Renew Options as following: Length: 1, Unit: Months, Price:30. But client gets the same message in the Frontend.

May be i forget something. Is the Renew available only after some period ? For instance, if client buys the ABC Plan that expires on july 20th, at what date the Renew option will be available? If client renews before the plan expires, let's say on july 10th, what will be the new valid period? What if the client renews after expiration, ex on july 25th?

Hi

I guess it happens because your plan is a recurring subscription plan. With recurring plans, renewal will happen automatically, so no need for manual renewal like that, and that's the reason no renew options are being displayed

Could you please check? Maybe edit the plan, set Recurring Subscription to No and check it again, the renew options should be displayed

Hi Nolly

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site
2. That subscriber account
3. Link to the page which renew options should be displayed

I will try to check to see why renew options are not being displayed and guide you to correct it

Hi Tuan,

Sorry for the delay.

I found out what was wrong: in Configuration, i set the field "Allow membership renewal" to 21, so client could not see any renew option if 21 days before the subscription expired is not reached. If i leave this field empty, Renew options would appear in the frontend at any time. Everything is fine now.
