Can't add new files to the Download Manager

Can't add new files to the Download Manager was created by Peter Andrews
Hi,
For the past two weeks I have not been able to add files to the Download Manager, I can remove items!
Any help would be appreciated,

Hello Pete

We will have to check it directly on your site to see what's the reason of the error and get it sorted

So please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it
