Redirect

Please can you help me

I have two plans restricting access to different pages by URL in same category.

When a user tried access a page that is restricted, he is redirect to a page with the category plans.

My question: Is it possible to redirect user to the specific plan that is restricting that particular page.


I tried to do that by pointing the item in the plan: Subscription complete url (optional) to the url of the specific plan but it doesn´t work .

Hi Jose

I will have to check your setup to see what's the best possible setup. So please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. A sample restricted page

3. The page which you expect to be redirected to when accessing to that restricted page

I will then check and guide you with correct setup
