error message when logging out

Hi, when logging out of the members only area of the website you get an error message saying error, you are not authorised to view this resource. How can I ensure a smooth log out that doesn't result in an error? On the plans I can see how to redirect to a chosen page on log in but can't see the same for logout? Thanks Tracey

It actually depends on your setup and I will have to check it on your site to see why it happens. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. The subscriber account

3. Link to the page which I can logout and see the error

I will then check to see what's causing that error and guide you to correct it (the best setup would be configure the logout page to redirect users to homepage of your site)
