Issue with active members getting subscribe message even though they have access

So have a strange issue where I have members who can't access certain articles that have the same mp-restrictions as other articles they do have access too? It's very odd and I can't seem to replicate it with other logins?

Has this issue come up, I have no way of diagnosing it at the moment...

You can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. A subscriber account

3. Link to a page which he should be able to access but could not access at the moment

I will check to see what's wrong with the account and tell you the reasons so that you can correct it if needed
