I need a payment plugin like Paypal Plus

Hi there,
I am using paypal and stripe and everythig works fince.
But I switch my comapany to Malta and in Malty is Stripe not availabe, therefore I need another good CC processor.
I want to use paypal Plus and remove Stripe.
Do you have a developer which can create such a plugin for me. The price is not important.
Any other ideas are recommmend...

Honestly, I am not sure if we can do it. Maybe you can contact PayPal support, ask them for integration document + sample code in PHP programming language if available and send it to us

I will then look at it and give you final answer (For now, I still want to focus my time working to improve products, adding support for other payment gateways I will leave to future development)
