Subscription Import

We need to import some new members into Membership Pro and want them to be connected to existing Joomla users.

Previously we have connected these manually but there are to many to continue this way. What combination of fields are required to accomplish this?

In the file, you just need to have username column with username of existing users and the imported subscription record will be associated with that existing user

I should have remembered that. A related question. We have a number of membership subscriptions already entered that aren't associated with Joomla accounts. Is there any way to run script that would connect the membership to a matched Joomla username?

Our usernames are their email addresses.

Unfortunately, there is no script like that available. So I am afraid of you will have to write the script yourself. You might consider hiring us to do it for you with low fee 20$
