Upgrade subscription without option to change the user name and email

Hi,
when an active subscriber wants to upgrade his subscription he can click on any of the offered 'upgrade from plan X to plan Y' options which is working fine so far.
However, on the following dialog the user can also change his first name, last name and email which is not what I want the user to do when he just wants to upgrade. Is there any way to disable this easily?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way for do that. There will be some code modification needed to prevent that. If it is really needed, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and we will help with this modification
