Filter By Plan in Subscription Manager issue

Hello,

I upgraded to the new version of Membership Pro 2.13.0.
In "Subscription Manager" the drop down menu of filter By Plan don't work
i don't see the list of plans. I made a local test and in some cases instead of the plans i see the list of custom fields.
in version 2.12.0 works fine.

There's something I can do or it's a version problem?

It is just a bug in the extension. Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site manually

After that, check it again, the error will be gone
