Field UPLOADS...upload...but won't OPEN....

My URL fields that are input in my form work great.

FILE UPLOADS....load okay...but don't execute when I click them.

I have activated the following FILE TYPES in the CONFIGURATION SCREEN:

mp3, mp4, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pdf, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, xls


Is there another step I'm missing?

There might be something special on your site causing the issue, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site.
2. Link to subscription form
3. Give me a sample file which you tried to upload

We will check to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted
