Field Input from Subscribers

Debugging site.

FIELD INPUT from subscribers:

When viewing in the MEMBERS LIST....uploaded URL's work fine.

However, I cannot get any of the FILE UPLOADS to work.

Here are the FILE TYPES that I have turned on in MEMBERSHIP PRO's CONFIGURATION:

mp3, mp4,doc,docx,ppt,pptx,pdf,gif,jpg,jpeg,png,xls

When placing the cursors over the URL's it is obviously pointing and executes upon clicking...taking me to the site.

The cursor is not even seeing the uploads to click and view/listen to them

Am I doing something wrong. Have I missed some settings? Any ideas?

Look like the file was not uploaded properly as states on your other forum post. Solved that issue should solve this problem, I guess

As stated above, in CONFIGURATIONS...I have the above file types turned on for upload.
Are there any other settings on this page that need to be used in combination with these...in CONFIGURATIONS or in the FIELDS screen?

That's the only place. If you could not get the issue shorted, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and tell us what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
