OS Membership Cleaner plugin - a few questons

The Membership Cleaner plugin documentation says it removes users who are in Pending Status. I have some more detailed questions about the actions:

1. When this plugin is enabled, how often does it check/remove users with Pending status?

2. Does it remove everyone who is pending at that time? Or does it only remove a user with Pending status when that user has been pending for a given amount of time?

3. Is the only reason a user will have a pending status is because they started to join, but then did not complete payment, either because they left the process, or also maybe that Paypal or other payee did not complete the action, but overall because the website does not receive payment completion step? Any other reason they might be Pending status?

Hi

1. The plugin will be run every 6 hours

2. It only remove subscription records with Pending status for at least 5 hours. Also, if subscription records use offline payment record and Pending, it won't be removed. The system only removes the Pending records which choose to use offline payment method such as PayPal but don't complete payment

3. That's one reason. The other one is they use Offline payment method. However, as mentioned, the one uses offline payment method won't be removed

I have set the option for "Free Plans Subscription Status" to "Pending" and have noticed that the subscriptions get deleted in Membership Pro but are still seen in Community Builder Users.
Could this plugin be deleting those pending subscriptions if a moderator doesn't approve them within 6 hours?
