Customer Card Updates on our Website

Hi guys
we want storing customers payment information like credit card details , currently i am using membership pro version 2.9.0
Can you please confirm me this feature is available in new version(2.12.2) of membership pro ?

How we can do this ?

What payment method you are using? As of right now, we only have Stripe payment plugin support this option

Hi Tuan,

Currently we are using Membership Pro on our test web site and live website.

I wanted to know if I update Membership Pro on test web site, can I update it on live web site as well without any cost using the same token? Or I can only update it on one site only.

Also I wanted to know that how can I provide the functionality of updating the card details for customers? Currently there is no option for updating card details.

Currently I am using Stripe payment method and the Membership Pro version that is currently running is 2.9

You can still update for both websites. Just please make sure each site has an unique Download ID (you can generate multiple download ids for your account). See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/gettin...on#use-joomla-update to see how to use Joomla updates to update your site to latest version of Membership Pro

Thank you so much for reverting back.

I tried to update it with Joomla update but it failed. Then I tried to update it manually.

I have checked the My Download section, it says that Membership Pro has been expired. It also shows MP Stripe which can be downloaded.

Does the support is provided for one year for Membership Pro? What can I do to upgrade the component?
