There might be some conflict causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it corrected

the problem is Helix 3 Framework 2.5.2
so that membership pro
is working,
is membership at the moment on other templates.
But that's not the solution.
