Users getting automatically blocked, why? was created by Chrystelle
Hello,
When users create their account (whether they pay for subscription or add so group member in Membership Pro), the new user account gets automatically blocked in the Joomla users list.
How can have them automatically active, not blocked, would you say?
Regards

Hi
I guess it is because you configured the system to send activation email, so users will need to check their email, click on activation link to have their account active
If you don't want users to have to activate their account:
1. Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Send Activation Email config option to No
2. Go to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar, set New User Account Activation parameter to Self
After that, try again. When users sign up and become active, their account will be activated automatically
Regards,
Tuan
