Mail Chimp installed but not sending to subscribers!

Hi,
I have around 10 subscribers (at the moment) that I want to send mailshots to each month. I have the Mail Chimp plugin enabled and have setup a free Mail Chimp account, I created a campaign but can't get it to send to my subscribers, why not?

You will need to publish and configure this plugin membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/newsle...mailchim-integration

After that, when users subscribe to your plan, they will be assigned to Mailchimp List you created and you can send newsletter to them

It will only work for subscribers sign up from now on. For existing subscriber, you will need to insert them into mailchimp manually
