Apologies if this has been asked before.

Yearly plan goes from June 1st to May 31st. However, if a user buys a new plan after a certain date (February 15 2018), I would like the plan to expire on May 31st 2019 instead of the planned May 31st 2018. So they essentially get 2.5 free months instead of paying a full year and get 2.5 months or less.

Is there a way to set this up in the component to achieve this? I didn't want a user paying 40$ on May 29 and have his plan expire 2 days later...

I thought about manually changing the expiry date of the plan to 2019 when February 15 rolled around, but I think that would prevent the system from sending the second and third reminders.

Cheers,

Mike

Hi Mike

Change expiry date of the plan to 2019 when February 15 rolled around is the right way. It won't prevent the system from sending reminder email to subscribers, don't worry (the reminder email is sent base on subscription end date stores for each subscription, not depends on the date you configure in the plan)

Regards,

Tuan
