Renew email notification CC'ed/BCC to other.

Good Morning

As I haven't got this far into my testing I do see that MP will notify a email address when a new customer applies but will MP also send a CC/BCC email to that same email address when notifications to renew go out, if not can this be done, maybe added.

My customer likes to see the outgoing renew notices.

Yes. it is supported. Go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin Membership Pro Reminder, click on it to edit

There is a parameter called BCC Email, enter the email you want there and each time notification email is sent, it will be BCCed to the email you entered so that you can monitor it

Thanks, as I did not find this info in your online manual.
One more question I see a setting called "Number Subscribers" in Membership Pro Reminder plugin it's set for 10 what happens if I have 20 members that need reminders in the same day?

Hi Dave

The plugin will be run every 2 hours, so it would not be problem. With that setting, each day the system can send up to 120 subscribers, so it will be fine
