Email Reminder not send

Hi Tuan,
I have 3 reminder email : 30 days before, 7 days before, and 15 days after for each of my three subscription plans.
I have set log email parameters for the 3 reminder emails, and also for Subscription Renewal Emails and New Subscription Emails.
I can see that third reminder emails have been sent till the 21st of February, and from there, no reminder emails (1st, 2nd, 3rd), althought there sould be some, only Subscription Renewal Emails and New Subscription Emails.
Did I miss something?

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, tell us what subscribers should receive reminder email recently so that I can check it and get back to you further
