Hi Tuan, I have recently purchased and installed Membership pro and have been working on customizing it. I have several custom fields from Community Builder and have mapped them to the custom fields that I have created in MP. These custom fields that are active on members profiles are not updating the entries in either CB custom fields or Joomla core fields. I have run several tests and the fields just remain static. I am under the impression that if a custom field is mapped then it should be updating the data. I have Joomla 3.8.5 and php 7.1. I want to implement MP in the next couple of weeks and need this working. Cheers Adi

Hello Adi

It should update data in Community Builder unless there is something wrong with the setting. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Tell us step by step what you did to see this issue

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Hi Tuan, Before we get into this I did an analysis and found that the CB field from the front end whether it be a new subscription or a super user editing a members subscription, (this is important for a super user to edit members subscriptions from the front end) the CB mapped field will update the MP entry in the back end. (Which it should as it is the same table) but not the mapped CB field in CB. But if the super user goes to the back end to MP and alters or just simply saves the member the CB field will update. So in short the CB mapped field from the front end isn't updating. The front end is only HTTP but the back end is HTTPS. Does this tell you something? Cheers Adi

So you are saying that:

1. When someone subscribe from frontend of your site

2. Or when admin edit a subscription record from frontend

These information are not passed to CB? If so, when someone subscribe, did they make payment? What's the status of the subscription record, Pending or Active?

Please let us know the answer so that we can check and answer you further
