Mass Email

An oddity: When I send a mass email I do the following:

Under Subscriptions
select all (or subset) of members
Click Mass Mail
Fill in subject and body
Preview (or not)
Click Process

at this point, nothing happens.

Click cancel or the X in the upper right
Click Mass Mail
Click Process

It all works.

I can live with this, but .....

Maybe there is something on your site causing this conflict. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it

Hi Tuan, I am experiencing the same issue. If I select the members and click mass mail then the process button isn't active and the button is on the same line as the tag choices, but if I select mass mail without selecting anyone then select them it works and the process button is on a lower line as in under the tag choices . Did you find the problem. Cheers Adrian
