How to prevent email being sent to new and existing subscribers

Hi Support,

I want to prevent emails being sent out automatically to new and existing subscribers because we are handling the sending of emails in a different way. We add subscribers in via the backend administration panel. We invoice them independent of Membership Pro so at this point in time we do not require emails notifications to be sent out. How do I disable this functionality?

Sorry i couldn't find it within the documentation - just a feature of how to stop email notifications to Admin

Hello Rob

In Membership Pro, you can disable any email. Just go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, find the subject of that email and empty it

After that, the email won't be sent

Thank you Tuan,

Does that mean I can keep the content in the template body? Just delete the Subject field only? We would like to use the email functionality in the future so it would be useful to retain your templates.

Yes Rob. Just need to empty the subject, you can keep the message for future usage
