Plan renew options not adding extra years

Hi

1. If I understand your requirement correctly, there are something wrong with Modify Subscription duration setting. For the first 3 options, you should leave it empty instead of entering 1 Year like how it is setup at the moment

2. It might does not work because the subscription plan has Expired Date set to 2019-01-01 at the moment. Try to edit the plan, remove that Expired Date and test it again to see whether it works

3. Also, please note that the Modify Subscription Duration will only work when subscription active. So when you test it, please make sure you make payment for the subscription. Or if you use offline payment, please edit the subscription record, change Subscription Status to Active, then save it before checking the result
