Issue with New Subscription, Select Existing User, remembers old data

Subscription Manager: Add New Subscription ... form is preloaded with cached(?) data

Select an Existing User from the drop down
... pre-loaded data remains
,,, doesn't replace the form data with data from the Selected User
... i.e.the name of the Selected User is one thing, but First Name, Last Name etc. still refer to the cached user ...

If not corrected the two different users subscriptions / accounts become cross-linked in some way ...

Should AJAX over write the cached data once an existing user is selected ...

It is strange that form is pre-loaded with cached data from previous users. Do you know how I can see the issue myself? If Yes, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and tell me step by step what I need to do to see the error

I am going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

CLOSED ... found it was a Password Manager, LASTPASS ... automatically loading into the User ID and Password fields and overwriting what OS Membership retrieved from the DB

Found an option to stop automatic loading on selected URLs
