We are finding that recurring subscriptions through Authorize.net suddenly stopped working about 4 weeks ago. After investigating this is what I have found.
The recurring subscription is posted properly in Authorize.net.
Authorize.net has processed the renewal, and the silent post was successful.
I found the log file at /components/com_osmembership/authnet_ipn_logs.txt and found the post from authroize.net in there.
The subscription record though is never updated and memberships then expire.
Any ideas on what could be causing the issue? Is this a bug in Membership Pro? Or did I miss something in the setup?
Haven't received report about anything like that for long time. Could you please update your site to latest version 2.12.1 , then monitor the next renewal and let me know if the issue still happens?
